HIIT Circuits Group Classes

Incorporating Suspension Straps, Kettle Bells and Resistance Bands.

High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time.

Weights Classes (NEW)

Gain strength by working with weights in a small group setting - 5 People (Highbury); 6 People (Tufnell Park).

Our instructors will support you through this hour-long class to help build your strength, confidence, and postural awareness when using Hand Weights, Kettle Bells, and TRX.

Dance Fit Class (NEW!!)

The class’s main focus is fun! It’s a chance to put all that alignment and energy to good use. Sweat to good music and feel the joy of dance!

Zero experience needed, the class structure is a follow-along model, so no pressure to have a professional dancer’s memory! This

1-1, Duet Classes

Incorporating, kettlebells, Cardio and the use of suspension straps which uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. It is done with straps that are attached to the wall with hooks.
