No, you don’t need a background in dance. Our Ballet classes are designed for everyone. In the class you will learn the basic positions, balance and coordination through simple choreography and music.

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that allows you to move freely. We are a no shoes studio so you can wear grip socks if you prefer for Pilates or bear foot and normal socks for Ballet, Barre and weights.

No - all equipment is provided, including mats and weights. You are welcome to bring your mat if you prefer.

For weights loss and toning, we recommend a mix of weights training, Pilates and Dance Fit, HIIT and Barre. This combination helps burn calories while building lean muscle.

Yes, once you have your 12 weeks check up you can join our dedicated pregnancy classes. Our regular classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

You can join a class once you have your 6 weeks post natal check up and you have been ok-ed by your Dr.

We have a 24h cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 24h before the start of the class you will get your credit back. If you cancel less than 24h you will lose your credit or incur a fee if you are on unlimited class membership.

Yes, they do. Regular class packages have 4 months expiry. Seasonal deals have 1 month expiry. Intro deals have 3 months expiry.
