It is great for preventing injuries and rehabilitation. Weights training loads the muscles and bones and helps build muscle mass and bone strength as well as boosts metabolism.

  • No, you don’t need a background in dance. Our Ballet classes are designed for everyone. In the class you will learn the basic positions, balance and coordination through simple choreography and music.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that allows you to move freely. We are a no shoes studio so you can wear grip socks if you prefer for Pilates or bear foot and normal socks for Ballet, Barre and weights.

  • No - all equipment is provided, including mats and weights. You are welcome to bring your mat if you prefer.

  • For weights loss and toning, we recommend a mix of weights training, Pilates and Dance Fit, HIIT and Barre. This combination helps burn calories while building lean muscle.
