Previously, a Pro Ballet Dancer in companies such as: Bulgarian State Ballet and Serbian National Ballet. William started practicing Pilates as a part of his vocational training and it quickly became part of his daily routine; getting qualified was a natural step. High energy and a lover of people; teaching has always been a natural fit for Will.

Caroline Choo

PILATES

Caroline is a Full Comprehensive Classically trained Pilates teacher with a 600-hour certification with Equinox. Movement has always been a large part of Caroline's life, having practised several modalities of pilates, yoga, and functional fitness over the years. Following a knee injury and surgery, Caroline rebuilt her strength and mobility through Classical Pilates and in-turn experienced a transformative shift in her mind-body connection. Passionate about helping her clients develop strength, alignment and body awareness, her teaching style is calm, clear, and supportive, creating an environment where clients feel guided, focused, and at ease while working toward their goals.

Sarah Picton

YOGA

Growing up in sunny South Africa and now based in London, Sarah-Claire (aka Rah) is on a journey to cultivate positive change through Yoga.

A mental health activist, cat-lover, and passionate about the power of music, Sarah's Yogasana classes are high-energy and focus on linking breath and movement. They include the four practical elements of Yoga (Mantra, Meditation, Movement and Breath).

Open to all levels, her themed classes bring in the use of props, alignment, Yoga Philosophy and History, Sanskrit, and elements of Yoga Nidra with head massages during rest at the end.

Following the Krishnamacharya Mysore lineage, Sarah has her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training through Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher Stewart Gilchrist of East London School of Yoga. She is hugely inspired by BKS Iyengar, and trains with her Iyengar teacher, Khaled Kendsi.

Anday McDonald

PILATES TEACHER TRAINER & WORKSHOP LEADER

Andy was introduced to Pilates more than 25 years ago while studying for her Bachelor of Dance in New Zealand.  After training extensively as a Pilates Teacher and studying with master teachers worldwide, she graduated from The Pilates Center Advanced Teacher Training Program based in Boulder, Colorado.

Throughout her career she has continued to be particularly interested in the healing powers of Pilates. She has had the honor of being a teacher trainer for two highly prestigious teacher training companies -- Polestar Pilates and Pilates Institute -- and continues to study and assist on advanced functional anatomy courses with anatomist Kathy Dooley and the Immaculate Dissection team.

Brenda Barquet Saldate

YOGA PRE & POSTNATAL

Gained her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher certification in Thailand, focusing on female bodies and energies. She holds a Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT200). She then furthered her training in London specialising in Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Prana Vinyasa Flow from Shiva Rea and completed her training in restorative yoga with Judith Lasater. Her pregnancy lessons are fluid, nourishing and deeply feminine.

Marina Fraser

ADULT BALLET & PILATES

Marina is a Pilates and ballet teacher who trained at the Royal Ballet School and HFE Fitness in London. With a 15-year background as a Pilates practitioner, and a ballet career spanning the UK, US & Asia, Marina’s teaching methods are distinct and informative. She believes that a healthy mind-body balance requires fun; and aims to lead engaging, challenging, and inspiring classes. 

Drawing from personal experiences with dance injuries and an autoimmune condition; Marina is dedicated to aiding others with pain management and rehabilitation. She loves the transformative power of Pilates to fine-tune the body through the focused improvement of mobility, strength, and flexibility.

Sara Rantala

PILATES

I trained at Exhale Pilates taking a full comprehensive course and learning the classical repertoire and apparatus. 

My background is in Dance and practicing Pilates showed me how it supports my dance practice, which applies to any other sport and everyday living. Pilates makes you feel strong and connected to you body, improving your posture. I teach with control and precision, I tailor my classes to suit the people in front of me so that everyone can get the most out of the exercises and leave feeling empowered and aware of their body.

Denise is a trained Ballet and Contemporary dancer and Stott trained Pilates instructor. She teaches Pilates Mat Classes and Prenatal Pilates / Barre and in our Pilates equipment studio.

Julienne Raboca

PILATES

Julienne is a Pilates instructor with a 600-hour comprehensive certification with Equinox in London. She began her Pilates journey at FLEX Studio in Hong Kong, a fully equipped classical Pilates studio, and has since taught in Denmark at YO! Studios and spent a season teaching yoga and leading ceremonies at Amansala, a wellness and retreat centre in Tulum, Mexico. Julienne is also a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-registered teacher, trained in solar vinyasa — a mobility-focused style developed by Awakening Yoga in Seattle.

Ellie comes from a competitive background in dance, gymnastics, and running, giving her a great understanding of the mental and physical benefits of movement. With 8 years of coaching experience, Ellie is a passionate personal trainer who loves helping people achieve more than they ever thought possible. Expect infectious energy, positivity and lots of motivation in every session.

Solene Pannetier

YOGA PRE & POSTNATAL

Solène practiced yoga for 8 years before deciding to make it her life and career. After trying different styles with many teachers, she enrolled in a Hatha 200 hours teacher training with Surinder Singh at Swasti Yoga in Rishikesh. During her first pregnancy, Solène then got certified as a Prenatal/Postnatal yoga teacher with Sally Parkes, and got trained in Women’s health in yoga (IVF support, endometriosis...) She teaches Hatha flow, focusing on finding the balance between stability and mobility with traditional postures, flowing with the breath from one asana to the other.

Azra Mohammed

PILATES


Azra’s journey to Pilates began after a mountaineering injury that transformed her lifelong passion for movement, health, and wellbeing into a new calling. Before retraining, she spent a decade in Human Resources and Technical Recruitment after earning a BA in Human Resource Management. She later studied Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard to deepen her understanding of optimal nutrition and heart health.

Initially certified with a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates and Functional Reformer Training, Azra went on to complete a full 600+ hour Comprehensive Classical Pilates certification with Equinox. Her upbeat, positive energy creates a motivating space where clients feel both challenged and supported.

When she’s not in the studio, Azra is often on a Padel court somewhere across London or taking private Pilates classes herself to continue deepening her own practice.

Daria is a passionate, qualified Body Control Pilates teacher based in Hackney. She believes Pilates to be more than exercise; it’s a healing and fun practice for everyone. Her journey in fitness has been a personal sanctuary that ignited a deep passion for movement.

ZE King

BARRE, BALLET & DANCE FITNESS

ZE is a contemporary dancer who works across performance, creation, facilitation and access consultancy. After their training at LCDS (BA) and NSCD (MA), they performed for choreographers such as Anders Duckworth, Southpaw Company and internationally with Hannah Wimmer. ZE is currently BULLYACHE's artists access consultant & coordinator. Their movement language is rooted in exploring strength and magnetism and ZE enjoys playing with raw physicality, drawing from their lived queer and disabled experience. Expect great tunes, sweaty sequences and a chance to explore what movement means to you in an inclusive environment with accessibility at its core.

In both group classes and 1:1 sessions, she incorporates Reiki energy healing, intuitive sequencing, breathwork, sound, meditation and Yoga Nidra with movement practices.

Lulu Ward

YOGA, PRE & POSTNATAL

Given her formative years as an RAD trained ballet dancer, the transition to Yoga came naturally. She completed her 200-hr Vinyasa RYT at Yoga To The People in New York in 2016 led by Sam Chase, German Bravo, Kathryn Abuja, Shanti and Subhan Schenker, Erin Vaughn Rose and Yoshio Hama. Lulu has over 7 years experience teaching in New York, Hong Kong and London. In that time she has expanded her teaching to include Meditation, Restorative and Functional Movement, and Pregnancy Yoga. She is passionate about integrating Wellness and Yoga into everyday living. She has successfully brought Yoga and Meditation to schools in Hong Kong as well as companies including AIA, Shangrila Group and Societe General. She has also collaborated with brands such as Lulu Lemon and Our Recess to promote brand awareness and support employee mental health. Lulu remains committed to a life of learning and Yoga and looks forward to the opportunity to share her knowledge and practice.

Lottie Bodley Scott

Lottie discovered Pilates after a knee injury from running, and quickly realised how powerful mindful movement can be. With a background in salsa dancing and strength training, she brings a dynamic yet controlled approach to teaching. Lottie is passionate about helping people build a strong connection with their bodies, move with intention, and develop strength and control that support their everyday movement and active lifestyles.

Julie Vuong

PILATES

With alignment and technique always a priority, Julie has been practicing Pilates since her teens while training in ballet, contemporary and jazz at Lewisham College of Dance. 

She has a deep love for classical Pilates, training with Trent Park Pilates on equipment, which has enhanced her mat work certification from Body Control Pilates. 

Through teaching, Julie hopes to inspire clients to improve and deepen their body awareness and confidence and be curious about how Pilates can benefit movement long term

A former European Bodybuilder Champion, my fitness journey started when I first visited one of the biggest gym facilities back in Paris, where I am from. Since then, my enthusiasm for sports and fitness never stopped. I like to challenge myself over the years and give confidence to others - everyone is capable when the mind is in charge. Becoming part of the fitness industry is an opportunity to share my passion and help others (give tips regarding form and nutrition). You are the one in charge, you've got this, be legendary.

Madlyn Ray-Jones

Yoga

Madlyn is an experienced yoga teacher and massage therapist who loves to share the benefits of yoga. Her gentle style of teaching encourages students to adapt the practice as needed, choosing options to suit them, and to connect with their breath, move mindfully, and relax deeply. Madlyn teaches flow, pregnancy, postnatal, special needs, kids and Chair yoga. She is also a trained doula and has two kids of her own. Optional hands-on-assists and massage will be offered.

PILATES

Alia is a comprehensive Pilates instructor currently training with Equinox in the full classical method across all apparatus. Her journey into teaching began after having her second child, when Pilates helped her rebuild strength, balance, and confidence — transforming her powerhouse to become stronger than ever before. With a lifelong love of movement spanning gymnastics, dance, athletics, and Ashtanga yoga, Alia brings both discipline and fluidity to her teaching. She aims to create a space where every body feels supported, challenged, and connected through movement.
