Valentina is a Body Control trained Pilates teacher and a former contemporary dancer. Val teaches Pilates, pre and postnatal as well as fun and challenging Ballet Barre classes in our studio.

Sharvarni Sivakumar 

RESTORATIVE & YOGA

Sharvani was born in India, raised in Singapore, and is now living in the UK. Off the mat, she works in sustainability tech, explores Vedanta philosophy, sings kirtan, teaches kids, and experiments with vegan cooking. On the mat, she loves guiding energising Vinyasa flows and deeply restful Yin classes, weaving in yogic and Vedantic philosophy to take the practice beyond the physical. Training in Himachal Pradesh, she’s taught in Chennai, Singapore, and London.


Sarah Picton

YOGA

Growing up in sunny South Africa and now based in London, Sarah-Claire (aka Rah) is on a journey to cultivate positive change through Yoga.

A mental health activist, cat-lover, and passionate about the power of music, Sarah's Yogasana classes are high-energy and focus on linking breath and movement. They include the four practical elements of Yoga (Mantra, Meditation, Movement and Breath).

Open to all levels, her themed classes bring in the use of props, alignment, Yoga Philosophy and History, Sanskrit, and elements of Yoga Nidra with head massages during rest at the end.

Following the Krishnamacharya Mysore lineage, Sarah has her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training through Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher Stewart Gilchrist of East London School of Yoga. She is hugely inspired by BKS Iyengar, and trains with her Iyengar teacher, Khaled Kendsi.

Natasha Radcliffe

PILATES, BARRE, PRE & POSTNATALT

Natasha Ratcliffe is a Fully Comprehensive Pilates and Barre teacher who formerly trained as a dancer at Bird College theatre school. She is passionate about choreographing classes that flow, are well-balanced, and focus on ensuring that you use your whole body. She has a keen interest in clinical issues such as injuries and posture which led her to complete her Pilates training with Polestar Pilates UK.

Brenda Barquet Saldate

YOGA PRE & POSTNATAL

Gained her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher certification in Thailand, focusing on female bodies and energies. She holds a Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT200). She then furthered her training in London specialising in Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Prana Vinyasa Flow from Shiva Rea and completed her training in restorative yoga with Judith Lasater. Her pregnancy lessons are fluid, nourishing and deeply feminine.

Marina Fraser

ADULT BALLET & PILATES

Marina is a Pilates and ballet teacher who trained at the Royal Ballet School and HFE Fitness in London. With a 15-year background as a Pilates practitioner, and a ballet career spanning the UK, US & Asia, Marina’s teaching methods are distinct and informative. She believes that a healthy mind-body balance requires fun; and aims to lead engaging, challenging, and inspiring classes. 

Drawing from personal experiences with dance injuries and an autoimmune condition; Marina is dedicated to aiding others with pain management and rehabilitation. She loves the transformative power of Pilates to fine-tune the body through the focused improvement of mobility, strength, and flexibility. 



Pooja Naik

PILATES, WEIGHTS, BARRE, HIIT & BALLET

Pooja is a Dance and Engineering graduate whose passion for movement and science led her to earn a Master’s in Dance Science. A Body Control Pilates certified teacher, she combines her love of movement with a curiosity for the neuroscience behind it.

Beginning yoga at age seven and training in sports such as badminton, swimming, and skating—as well as Indian classical dance (Kathak and Bharatanatyam) and Bollywood—she has nurtured a lifelong mind–body connection. Her teaching philosophy centers on Pilates as a habit-building practice for living in alignment, fostering community, personal growth, and holistic well-being.

Denise Lyrintzi

PILATES, BARRE, PRE & POSTNATAL

Denise is a trained Ballet and Contemporary dancer and Stott trained Pilates instructor. She teaches Pilates Mat Classes and Prenatal Pilates / Barre and in our Pilates equipment studio.

Julienne Raboca

PILATES

Julienne is a Pilates instructor with a 600-hour comprehensive certification with Equinox in London. She began her Pilates journey at FLEX Studio in Hong Kong, a fully equipped classical Pilates studio, and has since taught in Denmark at YO! Studios and spent a season teaching yoga and leading ceremonies at Amansala, a wellness and retreat centre in Tulum, Mexico. Julienne is also a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-registered teacher, trained in solar vinyasa — a mobility-focused style developed by Awakening Yoga in Seattle.

Lewis is a multidisciplinary movement professional with a background in contemporary dance, fitness, and holistic health.

Drawing from his experience as a dancer, choreographer, and teacher, Lewis brings creativity and body awareness into every class. Combining his expertise in personal training, sports massage therapy, and somatic movement, he offers a well-rounded approach that balances strength, mobility, and mindfulness.

His sessions are designed to help clients move with intention, build resilience, and reconnect with the joy of movement. Passionate about the body’s capacity for transformation, he empowers others to discover their unique potential—both physically and mentally—through dynamic, mindful training.

Solene Pannetier

Yoga Pre & Postnatal

Solène practiced yoga for 8 years before deciding to make it her life and career. After trying different styles with many teachers, she enrolled in a Hatha 200 hours teacher training with Surinder Singh at Swasti Yoga in Rishikesh. During her first pregnancy, Solène then got certified as a Prenatal/Postnatal yoga teacher with Sally Parkes, and got trained in Women’s health in yoga (IVF support, endometriosis...) She teaches Hatha flow, focusing on finding the balance between stability and mobility with traditional postures, flowing with the breath from one asana to the other.

Mel Cordoba

PILATES

Mel has trained with Polestar Pilates, blending the precision of the classical method with the adaptability of modern movement science. Passionate and outgoing, she creates an uplifting and motivating atmosphere where clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired to move with confidence.

With a focus on mindful, functional movement, Mel designs sessions that improve posture, build strength, and enhance body awareness — whether working with beginners, experienced movers, or those returning from injury.

She is passionate about helping people discover just how transformative Pilates can be, both in the studio and in everyday life!

Daria is a passionate, qualified Body Control Pilates teacher based in Hackney. She believes Pilates to be more than exercise; it’s a healing and fun practice for everyone. Her journey in fitness has been a personal sanctuary that ignited a deep passion for movement.

Jaiden Babablola

Meet Jaiden, our passionate and friendly HIIT instructor who believes in the joy of movement and living pain-free. Before the pandemic, Jaiden discovered his true calling in health and fitness, often saying, "It's better to start now while you can, rather than waiting until you have to."

As a former competitive athlete, Jaiden brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our studio. He skillfully tailors exercises to suit everyone—whether you're eager to challenge yourself or just beginning your fitness journey. Jaiden ensures that each movement can be adjusted to meet your personal needs and goals.



Timea Szalontayova

PILATES, WEIGHTS, BARRE & BALLET

Timea is a dedicated movement professional with a deep passion for mindful, intelligent training that connects strength, mobility, and body awareness.

Trained in contemporary dance, Pilates, yoga, and fitness, she holds an MA in Dance Performance from London Contemporary Dance School and a BA (Hons) from Trinity Laban Conservatoire, where she teaches dance, Pilates, and conditioning.

Her classes blend classical Pilates principles with dynamic, contemporary movement, focusing on precision, alignment, and control. Drawing on her extensive experience teaching both conservatoire students and in leading fitness studios, Timea creates sessions that are intelligent, creative, and empowering — leaving you feeling strong, centred, and energised.

Julie Vuong

PILATES

With alignment and technique always a priority, Julie has been practicing Pilates since her teens while training in ballet, contemporary and jazz at Lewisham College of Dance. 

She has a deep love for classical Pilates, training with Trent Park Pilates on equipment, which has enhanced her matwork certification from Body Control Pilates. 

Through teaching, Julie hopes to inspire clients to improve and deepen their body awareness and confidence and be curious about how Pilates can benefit movement long term.

Antonia Latz

PILATES

Antonia is a movement artist, professional contemporary dancer with a strong classical ballet background, and Classical Pilates teacher. She holds a First-Class BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance and an MA (Merit) in Dance Performance. With a lifelong dedication to movement - from competitive swimming and advanced scuba diving to her dance career - Antonia brings a deep, embodied understanding of physicality to her teaching.

Antonia’s teaching is rooted in Classical Pilates and shaped by her broad movement background. She has a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, honing in on precision as a way to helping clients build control, confidence, and ensure long-term progression in their practice.

Alia Badi

PILATES

Alia is a comprehensive Pilates instructor currently training with Equinox in the full classical method across all apparatus. Her journey into teaching began after having her second child, when Pilates helped her rebuild strength, balance, and confidence — transforming her powerhouse to become stronger than ever before. With a lifelong love of movement spanning gymnastics, dance, athletics, and Ashtanga yoga, Alia brings both discipline and fluidity to her teaching. She aims to create a space where every body feels supported, challenged, and connected through movement.
