YOGA
Vinyasa Flow classes are based on flowing movements guided by our breath. Each class builds strength, flexibility and awareness throughout the entire body. The nature of flowing in harmony with the body allows your mind to completely focus and relax, and we end with a time of rest to allow you to enjoy the full benefit of your practice.
Slow Flow
The poses are performed slowly and are held for longer than in a Vinyasa class. This pace challenges your strength and flexibility, welcoming a deep stretch, with an emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation. The focus is on controlling both the posture and the breath.
Yin Yoga is slow-paced. Incorporating principles of traditional Chinese Medicine. Asanas are held for longer periods
Our Yoga classes aim to give you a well-rounded personal experience. The focus of the classes is on breathing, alignment, movement and relaxation. We want you to get the most out of this class and leave feeling refreshed.

One to One and Duets upon request.
