Iván Merino Gaspar
BALLET & CONTEMPORARY DANCE
Is a contemporary dancer and choreographer originally from Spain and now based in London. Since graduating from The University of Chichester Conservatoire, he has collaborated on different projects with companies like Luke Brown Company, Morvell Dance, and Constella Opera Ballet. He recently has been touring across the UK with Tavaziva Dance Company and is currently touring “Fault Lines” a new production by Lîla Dance.
Sarah Picton
YOGA
Growing up in sunny South Africa and now based in London, Sarah-Claire (aka Rah) is on a journey to cultivate positive change through Yoga.
A mental health activist, cat-lover, and massive fan of 90s hip hop, Sarah's Yogasana classes are high-energy and focus on linking breath and movement. She incorporates the use of props, alignment, Philosophy, Sanskrit, mantra, drishtis and meditation (dhyana).
Following the Krishnamacharya Mysore lineage, Sarah trains with Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher Stewart Gilchrist of East London School of Yoga and Iyengar teacher Khaled Kendsi.
Natasha Radcliffe
PILATES, BARRE, PRE & POSTNATALT
Natasha Ratcliffe is a Fully Comprehensive Pilates and Barre teacher who formerly trained as a dancer at Bird College theatre school. She is passionate about choreographing classes that flow, are well-balanced, and focus on ensuring that you use your whole body. She has a keen interest in clinical issues such as injuries and posture which led her to complete her Pilates training with Polestar Pilates UK
Brenda Barquet Saldate
YOGA PRE & POSTNATAL
Gained her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher certification in Thailand, focusing on female bodies and energies. She holds a Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT200). She then furthered her training in London specialising in Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Prana Vinyasa Flow from Shiva Rea and completed her training in restorative yoga with Judith Lasater. Her pregnancy lessons are fluid, nourishing and deeply feminine. A practice that strengthens the inner relationship with the female body. Brenda’s teaching offers the mum-to-be a special time to reinforce the bond between her and her baby, to achieve serenity, create a healthy pregnancy and a positive mindset for labour.
In all her classes she will make you feel that yoga is a joyful practice, regardless the level of experience, as anyone can benefit from it. She will encourage you to realise how this practice transcends when we step outside the mat.
Marta Maroni
PILATES
Marta is a qualified Comprehensive Classical Pilates teacher who is passionate about teaching Pilates. Marta is precise on technique and fundamentals and loves to work with people of all ages, sharing her knowledge, and enthusiasm.
Marina Fraser
ADULT BALLET & PILATES
Marina is a Pilates and ballet teacher who trained at the Royal Ballet School and HFE Fitness in London. With a 15-year background as a Pilates practitioner, and a ballet career spanning the UK, US & Asia, Marina’s teaching methods are distinct and informative. She believes that a healthy mind-body balance requires fun; and aims to lead engaging, challenging, and inspiring classes.
Drawing from personal experiences with dance injuries and an autoimmune condition; Marina is dedicated to aiding others with pain management and rehabilitation. She loves the transformative power of Pilates to fine-tune the body through the focused improvement of mobility, strength, and flexibility.

Lee Nguni
YOGA
Is a Yogi and a BSC medical herbalist in training. She believes in the transformative power of “movement as medicine” and is inspired to share the practise of Yoga to empower individual and community vitality.
Denise Lyrintzi
PILATES, BARRE, PRE & POSTNATAL
Denise is a trained Ballet and Contemporary dancer and Stott trained Pilates instructor. She teaches Pilates Mat Classes and Prenatal Pilates / Barre and in our Pilates equipment studio.
Marianne Benko
PILATEST
Is a Stott Pilates trained teacher and continued to on to qualify as an advanced Classical Pilates instructor with the Pilates Center Boulder Colorado. She is also an avid dancer, hiker and likes swimming in her free time.
Pearl Castor Willox
FITNESS, BARRE & PILATES
As well as being a fitness professional, Pearl is also a trained dancer who attended Bird College for her professional training. She is passionate about supplementing Pilates and other forms of movement Intro her training, as well as helping to develop the joy and connection with movement for her clients.
Leila Davies
YOGA
Leila’s teachings are a fusion of Eastern and Western practices through Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha, including slow movement, breathwork, mindful awareness, self-massage techniques through acupressure and trigger point work, whilst incorporating and self-compassion and inner awareness. Leila aim is to help people establish a better understanding of the relationship between your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Ani Russo
FRONT OF HOUSE
Ani is an actor and writer who is very passionate about Yoga and Pilates. She enjoys Vinyasa and Yin classes immensely. She has been working in studios for a couple of years, and has seen firsthand the power of community and care in wellness spaces.
Coco Signori
PILATES
Costanza (you can also call her Coco!) trained with BASI Pilates in London after being a passionate Pilates practitioner for over 10 years. In her Mat Pilates classes you can expect a core-focused workout that will leave you feeling energized and more aware of your body.
