Trained at the renowned Alan Herdman Pilates studios, Hannah is also a Yoga teacher. Hannah’s approach draws on her Yoga training in India as well as Pilates.
Is a Body Control trained Pilates teacher and a former contemporary dancer. She set up her own dance company in Italy and also teaches fun and challenging Ballet Barre classes in our studio.
Teaches our Yoga, 1-1 and duet classes on Saturday mornings at our studio, as well as our group Yoga class at Uncommon next door. Phyllis helps clients with their technique and alignment with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. Her practise has elements of Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga.
