Pre and Postnatal Classes

Prenatal Pilates and Barre during pregnancy is an amazing way to keep the the body strong and supportive, whilst also releasing tension as the body is going through constant daily changes. There is also a big focus on the breath which is imperative when trying to find relaxation.

It is an important tool to set you up for after birth in understanding how to regain strength safely and come back to class in a more confident way.

One to One or Small group classes available in Pilates equipment or Pilates/Barre Combo.
