We at The Movement Studio understand that people have different bodies and capabilities. So, when you start a new movement technique, we focus on the biomechanics of your movement, looking carefully at alignment and mobility.
We are a Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio in North London, nestled between Highbury Fields and Liverpool Road, a five minute walk from Highbury and Islington tube
