Beginner Group Reformer/Chair/Tower Class
This is a beginner level class working at a good pace for students who are new to Pilates OR people wanting to work at a simpler level OR working through minor injuries.
The student will learn the Pilates technique through choreography which is performed on the studio equipment such as the Reformer, Combo Chair or Tower system.
The equipment uses springs for resistance to support and also challenge the pupil.
Not suitable for serious injuries or pregnancy. Please attend an Intro One to One instead.
