Ballet Barre Classes
Ballet Barre classes are a dynamic and challenging way of moving the body.
Focusing on correct alignment and clear classical Ballet technique, musicality and fitness. The classes are fun! Groups are kept small so that we can take the time to give everyone the right amount of attention. The classes also have a Pilates influence in the way we warm up and cool down.
Everyone is welcome from total beginners to dancers!
